Learn how to make a loaf of bread with confidence, and other types of artisan flatbreads such as Turkish bread, olive focaccia and cheese and pesto focaccia.  We will make different shape rolls, modelling roses and leaves, ears of wheat with pate a décor to put on your loaf or rolls.  Everything you make you take home to share and impress your family and friends.

£40 per person

To include homemade soup and roll lunch, tea/coffee and all ingredients.
