Blackmore by Candlelight 2016

We are pleased to announce the date for this year’s Blackmore by Candlelight Christmas Fayre. It will take place on Sunday 27th November 2016 and following the huge success of previous year’s events, the Fayre will be open from 1pm until 8pm., there will be festive singing throughout the day from local choirs and artists. The charity that we are supporting this year is the Children’s Hospice South West who do some fantastic work in our region. We have over 50 stalls so there will be plenty of Christmas shopping opportunities for one and all. All stalls are selling unique products that are for the most part hand crafted or sourced locally. The farm shop will be open until 8pm that night too, so you can stock up on any goodies that you may be needing at this festive time of year. We will also be offering tasters of some of our products so that you can try before you buy! Our 15th Century Manor House will be open and stalls will be scattered throughout it; this year we are extending the Fayre to the outside area which will be covered with marquees to accommodate more stalls for you to browse. This is a unique event in a unique location – we think it is the perfect event to start of the festive season! Tickets are £4 in advance or £5 on the gate and include a mince pie and a glass of mulled apple juice or cider. All proceeds are donated to the Children’s Hospice South West.

For Blackmore by Candlelight there will be a Free Minibus Service running from Cannington every 10 – 15 minutes. Pick-up points are Cannington Post Office and the Bus Stop on the Main Road near the Childrens Playground, opposite Jubilee Gardens.

Also there will be a Free Park & Ride Service from Swang Farm, Cannington – Car Parks will be well signposted.
